TIPS ON HOW TO READ THESE WEBPAGES ON SCREEN

To read pages in sequence
click PREFACE on sitemap above
and use NEXT  button at top or bottom of each webpage.
To go direct to chapters
click on the appropriate branch of the sitemap (they read clockwise) 
To return to this sitemap
click on the sitemap icon at the top of each page
To change text size
click on browser VIEW menu and choose TEXT SIZE
To read full screen 
(and avoid distracting menus etc.)
press F11 
To search for a word 
(in the whole document i.e. all web pages)
click on the central oval image above, and enter a word or phrase.
To find a word 
(in a specific chapter i.e.one web page)
press CONTROL + F 
or open browser's EDIT menu and then FIND (on this page)
To scroll down text - use:
keyboard scrolling arrow keys;
keyboard Page Up and Down keys, 
mouse scrolling wheel, or
 click in margin using mouse wheel, and adjust auto-scroll speed.

This document has been formatted using 
Phrase Profiling

Basically, 
all text is centred, 
and lines are "wrapped" only where there is a break in meaning.

To print pages, 
choose screen text size, then use FILE menu to print out each chapter.
Each chapter is one continuous web page, but equivalent to several printed pages
depending on the size of font you choose.
