If paragraphs have been used properly, it should be an easy matter for the author to help the reader
by emboldening the
key word or phrase in the paragraph that refers to its topic. This is especially appropriate for reports.
It should not be
necessary for the reader to highlight the relevant bits. If this cannot be done easily, then maybe the
paragraph needs to be
rewritten.
