A very useful way to aid managing information is to use a mindmap. It can be used to order thoughts, 
plan a project, sketch 
out a report, guide a presentation, summarise an article, take notes from a lecture, remember key points 
etc. Instead of the 
linear form of text, mindmaps use a radiating layout, with lines, keywords, colours, pictures, etc. 
to show the main points to 
be remembered and their relationships. Although mindmaps are easy to draft by hand, there is an excellent
