Nobody likes to loose face. In western cultures we can usually put up with it - but in some other cultures,
to directly admit
doing something wrong and loosing face in public is unthinkable. In such situations, a way out
must be made available for
the person to change their behaviour without direct confrontation. If you try otherwise don’t be surprised
if you get no co-operation and things grind to a halt.
